My go to places to look for cute shower curtains

Not every bathroom that has a tub or shower can get a glass shower door. For reasons like, tub/shower location, budget, or function. Believe it or not, there are still people who don't want to have to clean the glass. I even chose a shower curtain for my guest bath to give it a little pattern flare.

Anyways, over the years I have Google searched the heck out of different shower curtains because I typically don't like to choose a plain one. Sometimes I do, but most of the time I try to find something fun. So I wanted to share some of my favorite shower curtains and various websites that I go to when looking for the perfect shower curtain.

There are 3 things I look for when shopping for a shower curtain:

1. Length - standard shower curtains are 72'' wide by about 72'' long which is 6 feet. These work for tub/shower kits and generally for bathrooms with 8' ceilings. However, if you have 9'+ ceilings these shower curtains can appear too short leaving too big of a gap at the top. What you're looking for at the height would be 72'' wide by 84''+ tall. 2. Shower hook holes - I am not a lover of the grommet. I look for shower curtains that have a button hole or a tie top.

3. Material - I try to look for 100% cotton or linen fabrics for durability and I like the way they look draped. I typically always have a liner on the inside to keep the shower curtain from getting any mold or mildew.
